Placing a new equipment rental order with MEDILOGIX ensures your care facility has timely access to the essential Durable Medical Equipment (DME) needed for impactful patient care. This guide walks you through each step, making the process transparent, straightforward, and stress-free, enabling you to focus on what matters most—your patients' well-being.
Prepare to Place an Order
Before starting, have key order details ready, such as the patient information, quantity, requested delivery date, and any special instructions. Providing accurate information ensures streamlined processing, minimizes delays, and supports MEDILOGIX’s commitment to transparency and efficiency in medical equipment logistics.
Access the MEDILOGIX Customer Portal
- Go to the MEDILOGIX Customer Portal at https://mxportal.medilogixllc.com/Login.aspx
- Sign in with the username and password you set up during registration.
- If you’re having trouble logging in, just use the “Forgot Password” link to reset your credentials.
- Note: The e-mail address that was used during MEDILOGIX Portal registration is your User Name.
Submit Your Rental Order
- Select Delivery from the Orders tab on the portal dashboard.
- Select your item from the catalog and click the shopping cart icon to add it to your cart.
- If you need to order more equipment, click the Add more items to this order button.
- On the shopping cart, select an existing patient or click the Add a new patient button, fill in the patient's name, and click Save.
- Fill in all information requested (* indicates required information)
- Fill in the Who should we contact about this order field.
- Please type any comments that will help us with the delivery.
- Review your selections for accuracy and completeness.
- Click the Place Order button.

After placing an order, use the MEDILOGIX Customer Portal to track status.
