How to update an order on the MediLogix Customer Portal
We must cancel and reprocess the order on the MediLogix Customer Portal.
Cancel the order
- Log into the MEDILOGIX Customer Portal with your username and password.
- Go to the Order Status tab.
- Click the Cancel button.
- Click the Cancel Order button.
Reprocess the order
- Go to the Orders tab and click Delivery.
- Select your item from the catalog and click the shopping cart icon to add it to your cart.
- If you need to order more equipment, click the Add more items to this order button.
- On the shopping cart, select an existing patient or click the Add a new patient button, fill in the patient's name, and click Save.
- Fill in all information requested (* indicates required information)
- Fill in the "Who should we contact about this order" field.
- Please type any comments that will help us with the delivery.
- Click the Place Order button.
