How to update an order

How to update an order on the MediLogix Customer Portal

We must cancel and reprocess the order on the MediLogix Customer Portal.

Cancel the order

1. Log into the MEDILOGIX Customer Portal with your username and password.
2. Go to the Order Status tab.
3. Click the Cancel button.
4. Click the Cancel Order button.

Reprocess the order

1. Go to the Orders tab and click Delivery.
2. Select your item from the catalog and click the shopping cart icon to add it to your cart.
3. If you need to order more equipment, click the Add more items to this order button.
4. On the shopping cart, select an existing patient or click the Add a new patient button, fill in the patient's name, and click Save.
5. Fill in all information requested (* indicates required information)
6. Fill in the "Who should we contact about this order" field.
7. Please type any comments that will help us with the delivery.
8. Click the Place Order button.
